We can service or repair just about any make and model of motorcyle, although Bob prefers to leave complex ABS, fuel injection, and major accident repairs to the specialists.

Whilst we can perform a certain amount of rebuilding to older machines, we do not undertake large scale restoration projects. However, in the quieter winter months there may be the opportunity to slip something in, subject to negotiation.

We can supply and fit most makes of tyres and 'Ultraseal' puncture proofing fluid, which we highly recommend.

All motorcyle drive chains benefit from proper lubrication, we supply and fit 'Scottoiler' systems, with full technical back up from the factory. Expect up to three times the life out of your chain and sprockets with one fitted. Otherwise I am happy to replace your worn out items every 10.000- 15.000 miles !

Tabikes Ltd. uses only Castrol lubricants and brake fluids in the workshop.

With the recent and much lamented demise of Chris Pryke Equipe (our local supplier.. we wish Chris a long and happy retirement) we are now stocking batteries for most applications. We will keep the most popular sizes charged and ready to fit. Don't be tempted to buy a 'dry' battery as they cannot be sent filled with acid through the post and you'll struggle to find an outlet locally to fill it !

For a negotiable fee we can collect your broken down machine from your home, but not from the roadside, due to safety issues.

Bob is a qualified Vehicle Examiner, to MOT standard and his attitude has always been 'Safety First' .. he will perform a pre-MOT inspection on your machine, normally at service time, advise you of any work required and then arrange the MOT test, saving you the hassle of an unexpected failure.

We also supply a range of other useful items, such as 'Optimate' battery chargers, heated handlebar grips, tyre pressure monitors, bike covers and most customising accessories.

Before you lay your machine up for the winter ensure that it will start again in the spring by adding fuel stabiliser to your unleaded petrol, as just three months of inactivity can render your bike a non starter as the            fuel 'goes off '  .. we always have it in stock.
